What our work looks like.

Two examples of the kind of projects we take on: an analysis of sales data and the implementation of a simple CRM.

These are illustrative examples built with fictitious data. They are not real clients. We will publish real cases only with each client’s written permission.

Online clothing store

Business
Fashion e-commerce · 2 people · ~3,000 orders a year
Data
One Excel file with 14 months of orders

Diagnosis & roadmap
Timeframe
10 business days

The question

They had every sale in a spreadsheet but could not answer basic questions: when do we sell more, which garments actually move, and in which sizes?

What we analysed

We cleaned and grouped 14 months of orders by product, size, day, month and returns, and compared each season with the previous one.

What we found

64%

of revenue came from 18% of the catalogue. Half of the products sold fewer than five units in a year.

9 days

earlier than the rest, sizes M and L of the best-sellers ran out — right in the strongest weeks.

21%

of jeans orders were returned, mostly for size. The size guide did not match the supplier’s measurements.

What we delivered

  • A plain-language report, with each finding explained in money
  • A monthly dashboard in Google Sheets: sales, sizes and returns
  • A 30-60-90 day action plan, ordered by priority
  • A presentation session with the owners

Data
Six months of enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram and the website
Service
Diagnosis + implementation (CRM)
Timeframe
3 weeks

The question

Enquiries came in through three channels and each salesperson kept their own notes. Nobody knew how many leads were lost, or why.

What we analysed

We exported and unified 1,140 enquiries, measured response times by channel and salesperson, and followed each lead to a visit or a sale.

What we found

38%

of enquiries got no reply within 24 hours.

19 h

was the average first response on Instagram, against 2 h on WhatsApp.

3×

more showroom visits came from leads answered within the first hour.

What we delivered

  • A simple CRM with a single pipeline for every channel
  • Automatic assignment of each new enquiry to a salesperson
  • Follow-up alerts when a lead goes 24 hours without a reply
  • A weekly dashboard and a training session for the team
